The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, as well as a large wardrobe.
The situation of the house is privileged since it is located a few meters from Parque del Retiro, Calle Goya and Calle O’Donell, one of the main shopping streets of Madrid and numerous shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
Communication with the rest of the city is excellent since a few minutes from the house we find the Príncipe de Vergara metro station, as well as numerous metro stops.

Is located in the Ibiza neighbourhood of Madrid, next to El Retiro park. The location is very central, with all services and shops as well as recreation areas such as the Prado Museum, or the emblematic streets of Alcalá, Serrano and Velázquez, within walking distance. Nevertheless, the area is well-connected. To one side of the luxurious Salamanca neighbourhood, the Ibiza neighbourhood has its very young, vibrant and friendly atmosphere, and is a very authentic to grab a drink and eat tapas.
