About this residence
Introducing Vizcainos SIX - a brand new shared apartment for IE students by VIZCAINOS HOME AWAY. Centrally located in Segovia's Plaza Mayor area, it's just a 12-minute walk from campus. This apartment features 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of natural light from its balconies. Our exceptional services include weekly cleaning, towels, and sheets provided by Vizcainos, along with breakfast, gym access, high-speed WiFi, and all utilities covered.
Our mission is to provide a comfortable and homely environment for our residents. Plus, they enjoy free access to our new GYM, just a 2-minute walk away from our HQ! This modern gym offers quality weight and strength equipment, free weights, fitness instructors, and optional crossfit, reaxing, and spinning classes with personal trainers available for an additional fee. Sign-up fee: 70 EUR (paid only once).

The Plaza Mayor is the old town of the city. In this area we can admire the influences of different cultures that have inhabited through his architecture and monuments. You can see it the Romanesque, Mudejar and Jewish influence. Is the most famous area of the city, and the most commercial area. It´s surronded by all kind of shops, pharmacies and especially bars and restaurants. Very well connected by public transport and taxi. Every Thursday they there is an urban market with stands.
