After 10 years hosting IE students we keep working with the same enthusiasm but much more experience! Constantly improving to make your stay with us the best experience possible. We are the home of the biggest IE community in Segovia so you will never feel alone! We offer a wide variety of single rooms with private bathroom, natural light and fully equipped. All services are included so that you can focus on studying and enjoying: 24 hours reception staff willing to help you, breakfast (Mon-Sat) and dinner (Mon-Fri) cooked daily by our proffessionals, daily cleaning (Mon-Fri), bedding and towels provided and changed weekly, maintenance, internet, and much more! Shared facilities design for you: dinning, study room, cinema room, games room, laundry, etc. Perfectly located away from the noisses, 8 minutes walking to IE University and the Acueduct (city center), and surronded by green areas and all type of services (medical center, gym, supermarket, pharmachy, restaurants and cafés).

Neighborhood near to the center of the city, with all services, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Walking distance with the center and also good communication by public transport. Architecturally it is necessary to emphasize his medieval square and the church of Romanesque style. It is not a tourist area at all but great quiet neighborhood to live.
